This machine suitable for CBB65 metalized film capacitor final performance testing. Can be used for capacitor with 2 or 3 terminals testing. Capacitor outside can be Round and Ellipse type with Bolt connection on the bottom.
This machine designed with high effective production, stability operation, energy saving and simple operation as well as easy maintaining.
Parameters:
1, Suitable for Capacitors: CBB65 / 60 with chips connection, single core and double core with 2 terminals or 3 terminals.
2, Capacitor Outside Size: for Round type2070mm, H40150mm, for Ellipse type: LxDxH=(35-90)mm x (15-60)mm x (40-150)mm.
3, Capacitance: 0-120uf, Max. can be reached to 240uf. (Customized available for withstand voltage stations and practicality capacitance).
4,Terminal withstand voltage testing AC: AC 0 ~ 1200V with adjustable, with current sorting function, and adopt with Resonance Compensation.
5, IR testing between terminals: IR testing between terminals: DC 100V/250V/500V, 1 M ~ 300T , Impedance set up for sorting ( this function can be customized).
6, Capacitance and Capacity Loss testing: C 0.01pf9999uf, TAN 0.00019.999 Frequency 100HZ/120HZ/1KHZ/10KHZ.
7, Outside shell withstand voltage testing: AC 100V~5KV, 0.1~20mA, Leakage current sorting.
8, Testing time: 199.9 seconds available it depends on different product, the testing time can be adjustable for each single station as well.
9, Air pressure: 0.5MPa to 0.8MPa.
10, Transmission style: Index wheel with 16 stations or 20 stations intermittent rotating.
